“She Saw Him in the Room” Pt 2
Evangelist Pastor Aaron Blaine
Mary of Bethany saw something others missed. While others were counting the cost, she recognized that Jesus was in the room—and He was worthy of it all. She poured out what was precious to her at His feet, choosing worship over hesitation, surrender over calculation, and Jesus over the opinions of others.
Sometimes we get so focused on the cost that we forget the worth of the One we’re worshiping. Mary reminds us that when we truly see Jesus, our response is worship.
He is still worthy of the oil. He is still worthy of the praise. And when we recognize that He is in the room, nothing is too costly to pour out at His feet.
